The Process

From nomination to convocation

Nomination

Citizens, sectors and the editorial board put forward candidates throughout the year, supported by evidence of depth, duration and location.

II

Verification

The Office of Civic Memory verifies each nomination against the record, confirming sustained performance rather than isolated incident.

III

Deliberation

The jury convenes to weigh character, consistency and contribution. Its notes are entered, in full, into the permanent archive.

IV

Convocation

Honours are conferred at the Annual Convocation, where past winners are also remembered and the historical records updated.
